MUMBAI: The High Court of Delhi yesterday reserved its judgment on a copyright infringement issue between Music Broadcast Pvt. Ltd. (MBPL) and Super Cassettes. MBPL had filed a case before the High Court to set aside the order of Copyright Board over an issue of Copyright Board's power to issue interim order under section 31 (1) (b) of the Copyright Act, 1957.
After both the parties concluded their arguments, the division bench of Justice Vikramajit Sen and Justice Siddharth Mridul reserved the judgment, reports Lawetalnews.com.
