MUMBAI: Ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas will be performing a concert after seven years in South Africa.
The concert promoted by Four CornerZ Entertainment, will be held on 27th May at Durban and 5th June Johannesburg.

MUMBAI: After tie-ups with more than hundred labels across the country for regional digital content, Shemaroo Entertainment has expanded its horizon by acquiring the entire audio catalogue of Pen India to leverage it across all platforms including the new media platforms.
The deal offers Shemaroo the Perpetual rights for major part of Pen's catalogue. Pen's library of bollywood music includes more than 1000 songs on various digital platforms including mobile and internet along with traditional mediums like physical, performance rights, radio etc.

MUMBAI: Entertainment Network India Ltd's (ENIL) FM radio business, operating under the Radio Mirchi brand, has posted a net profit (standalone) of Rs 522.09 million for the fiscal ended 31 March 2011, up 192 per cent from Rs 178.67 million a year ago.
The jump in the net profit includes profit of Rs 123 million arising from the sale of its subsidiary Times Innovative Media (TIM) to parent company Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited (BCCL).

Gracenote will brief on its content and technology for the global market at Digital Matter on 24th May – 28th May.
