Transmission starts on 31 October 2010 and will be broadcast from 1400 – 1800 GMT each day. MUMBAI: As the inaugural ceremony of Global Indian Music Awards (GIMA) which is scheduled on 10 November in Mumbai, the nominees for the film music and non-film music genre are announced.
GIMA received a total of 940 entries including 42 film album entries while non-film music album entries entailed to over 180 albums
