MUMBAI: Once again, the cream of Bollywood titles is headed the T-Series way. The music label has snapped up music rights of two highly anticipated films - Raju Hirani's Aamir Khan starrer 3 Idiots, as well as Ken Ghosh's Shahid Kapoor starrer Yahoo.
3 Idiots is scheduled for a Christmas release while Yahoo is likely to be released by the end of this year, or early next year.

The Ministry signed a Grant of Permission Agreement with Young India, Konark for establishing, maintaining and operating a Community Radio Station. They obtained Letter of Intent and SACFA from the concerned Ministries. They were allotted the frequency of 90.4MHz to air their station.

MUMBAI: The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has asked filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma to re-edit the music track'Jai Shri Shambhu' from his upcoming film 'Agyaat' as it encourages substance abuse.
The track shows leading lady Priyanka Kothari puffing a'chillum'(pipe) while she croons'Dum Maro, yeh hai Sahara.' With respect to this, the Censor board communicated to Varma that the lyrics depicted substance abuse. The filmmaker has been asked to re-edit the lyric or drop the song completely.

New Delhi: The government on 17 July revoked the licence to Radio Tarang, the Hissar based FM radio station in Haryana as it has not submitted the requisite bank guarantee and has been non-operational since 12 September last year.
The action has been taken under Clause 25.1.2 of the Grant of Permission Agreement (GOPA), ministry sources said.
A show-cause notice had been issued to M/s Singla Property Dealers Pvt. Ltd asking why action should not be initiated against them for violation of GOPA.
