MUMBAI: Radio Mirchi has launched a six month long anti music piracy initiative on air, keeping its promise to the music industry it made in February 2008.
Mirchi CEO Prashant Panday had in February, at the media industry conference Ficci Frames, committed one million dollars worth of FCT (Fixed Commercial Time) against piracy across India. Mirchi's 'NO TO NAKLI' is a six-month long initiative, which will commence with on-air promotion supported by an anti-piracy ground campaign.

MUMBAI: Sirius XM Radio has agreed to issue 108.1 million shares in exchange for convertible notes due in 2009 to reduce its debt obligations, the company has said in a regulatory filing, reports Reuters.
The filing was made with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 22 December.
Sirius has about $1 billion in debt due to mature in 2009, with the first portion due in February.
