All in all, the album is energetic accompanied with the funny lyrics and interesting set of youth oriented music and lyrics. Don’t miss 'Lag Gayi Lottery' and Kher’s 'Karle Jugaad Karle', the tracks are very interesting and must hear for college students who are not sure how to deal with every day issues of personal relations, education and career. Sampath has failed in delivering quality music but has done a brilliant job by selecting the right voices who have saved the album....
YPD 2 Mash up is a good effort. This season seems to be a mix of various styles. After melodious tracks, now there is a set of Punjabi tracks for listeners. Overall, the music album is simple but uncertain if many will accept this to remain in their playlist. ‘Suit Tera Laal Rang Da’ will be played in many wedding this season hopefully....
Overall, the music album is catchy and lyrically, it has maintained the naughtiness needed. At the same time it is unlike the present day bold lyrics. Pritam has not let any controversy affect his music composing skills. The soundtrack is appealing and will stay for quiet a long in many playlists....
DJ Chetas and NYK have increased the pace of the track in the remix of ‘Aao Na’. DJ A-Myth spins 'Gud Naal Ishq Mitha’ also and it is completely a dance number. ‘Aaja Meri Jaan’ has been added in the remix list and this is remixed by Dj Shiv. The last remixed track is ‘Halki Halki’ by Kiran Kamath who gives the song a new face.
Overall, the music album is average but the remix version will hit the dance floors and will stay there for a while....
Overall, lovely pack of romantic tracks but after a while it is not that pleasing and lacks variety. Although the set of music could not met the expectations of 1990’s Aashiqui, do not miss Tum Hi Ho, Sunn Raha Hai and Milne Hai Mujhse Aayi from the list as they are pleasing....
Overall, the album is appealing with a mix of many flavors. Most of the tracks are based to match the genre of the film – romantic comedy. It’s a pack of comedy, melody and wonderful lyrics. At a time when all the earthy and inappropriate lyrics have surrounded the Indian film music, Natuanki Saala songs with some meaningful lyrics can bring afresh feel to one’s ear....
Sharma has made efforts and experimented to break his image as a romantic composer in the thriller film. The tracks are really wonderful to hear. Only by end of 2013, we will know if the romantic track ‘Kaise Bataaoon’ is the best romantic track of the year. But you can still watch the film and decide if Sharma has done justice to the film that will hit theatres on 15 March 2013....
Over all the album is a complete fit to the story line of RGV’s film but fails to make a place in our personal favourites.. By the end, all the tracks in the music album sound the same as the lyrics that carries similar words and the theme that is based more in lines of patriotism. It’s one time listen soundtrack. To know if the soundtrack makes sense in the film we will have to wait till the movie is out on 1 March....
It’s an experiment where many musicians worked to create music for a single movie. The vast extended music and mix was interesting as a music listener but I don’t know how well it does for the movie. But overall the music was new pack of surprise for the year 2013 and will be a good appetizer . All the songs in this album are not typical bollywood numbers but has flavour of many fusion and mixes....
The film is slated to hit cinemas on 25 January 2013. But before enjoying the movie do enjoy the beautiful tracks in the album, you can skip the remixes as it sounded completely unnecessary but overall the tracks and songs were really cool and worth listening. Last track the mash up is something that I would recommend as that’s the best treat in the whole soundtrack....
