BANGALORE: In continuation of the awards that the group has been announcing for recognition for performance in the regional television space, Reliance Broadcast Network (RBNL)'s Big FM announced the Kannada Television Awards in Bangalore.
The title sponsor for this event remains Cocoraj, which is also the sponsor for the Telugu Television Awards that were announced earlier this month. The event will be held in Bangalore on 7 January.
The show will be broadcast on Star's Kannada general entertainment channel Suvarana TV sometime later.

MUMBAI: There was not much change in the market shares per Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) data for Week 50 (5-11 Dec /10) across all people 12+ at all places of listening. In the relatively smaller shifts of shares, AIR stations gained and lost the most. Amongst the gains -- Akashvani in Mumbai (1.4%), Vividh Bharti in Delhi (1.3%), AIR FM Rainbow in Kolkata and AIR Vividh Bharti in Bangalore gained 0.7% each.
