MUMBAI: HT Media Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated 30 January 2009, that the Delhi High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement and Restructuring between HT Media Ltd (HTML) and HT Music and Entertainment Company Ltd (HTME) in terms of the order passed on March 19, 2009.
