MUMBAI: Internet radio station myopus has tied up with Alliance Francaise Bangalore to launched a new channel for its musical festival Fete de la Musique.... Talking further about the tie-up muopusradio division head Sharmon Ibrahim says, "Every year Alliance Francaise Bangalore hosts Fete de la Musique..., which is of course a festival of music. Last year we also associated with the event but were limited to promotional activities on radio, this year we are creating a dedicated channel to host the entire event live (deferred) and re-run so that the channel is live 24hrs." ...

MUMBAI: Following a year of decline in 2009, the global entertainment and media market is expected to grow by five per cent compounded annually till 2014 reaching $1.7 trillion, up from US$1.3 trillion in 2009. The fastest growing region will be Latin America. According to a forecast by PwC in its latest 'Global Entertainment & Media Outlook 2010-2014, Latin America is set to grow at 8.8 per cent CAGR during the next 5 years to $77 billion in 2014. ...
