MUMBAI: A lawyer by profession, and a veteran Khayal music exponent, Dr Chandrashekhar  Rele passed away today in Mumbai. He was 82. Dr. Rele was a teacher, composer and a singer who studied vocal music with the legendary Kumar Gandharva.
