MUMBAI: Times Music's new sibling Junglee has acquired the music rights of the Rimi Sen, Nana Patekar and Mozammil Ibrahim starrer Horn Ok Please.
This is the third acquisition by the six month old label, which started life with a big ticket movie, Anees Bazmee's Welcome It later made headlines with the acquisition of Singh Is Kinng, whose digital rights it later sold for a record price to UTV New Media.
MUMBAI: Handset manufacturer Sony Ericsson has signed a landmark deal to advertise exclusively on Absolute Radio the day it rebrands from Virgin Radio. The station will officially relaunch on September 29.
TIML, a subsidiary of The Times of India, bought the business with radio consultancy Absolute Radio in May this year. The rebrand is being backed by a Ł five million advertising campaign using the strapline "Discover real music" and created by Albion, which won the account in June, say reports.
