MUMBAI: Online and mobile music company Soundbuzz has launched an online store offering high fidelity songs, supported by technology from Exploit Technologies.
According to the company, the first of its kind store utilises a pioneering technology, known as SLS (Scalable-to-Lossless), which allows consumers to purchase a standard quality song, and then "top up" to receive a high audio fidelity (lossless) version of the same song at a later date. Consumers are also able to synchronise the purchased songs to their mobile handsets.

MUMBAI: Big 92.7 FM has launched a campaign Raahat- Ek Abhiyaan across all the stations of North India.
As part of the campaign, the stations have identified key locations across the cities, where people can send in their clothing and blankets. The same will be collected, sorted and then distributed among the needy, by the jocks of the station.
Several of the stations are exploring to put together a charity show, the proceeds of which will go to the Raahat - Ek Abhiyan.

NEW DELHI: Financial bidding for the remaining 97 FM radio stations across 48 cities slated to be held on Monday and on 7 January, has been put off on the ground that �some issues need to be sorted out'.
The 27 short-listed private FM radio companies will now submit their offers on 29 December and 10 January. Earlier, the bidding was to take place on 12 November and 26 November but was cancelled a few days before the due date.
