MUMBAI: My FM, Dainik Bhaskar Group's radio venture, has assigned the creative duties to Mudra Communications Delhi.
Mudra replaces RK Swamy BBDO Delhi and will focus on strengthening My FM's brand.
We were looking for fresh ideas and invited for creative pitches in March this year. Euro RSCG, Leo Burnett and Mudra Communications were the shortlisted agencies. We finally decided on Mudra,... says My FM national head brand Ritu Chhabra.

MUMBAI: Synergy Media Entertainment, the FM radio broadcasting company of Dainik Bhaskar group, has got the FIPB (Foreign Investment Promotion Board) nod to get Warburg Pincus (through investment arm Cliffrose) as an investment partner.
Synergy Media is diluting 3.2 per cent stake to Warburg Pincus for Rs 15.2 million, valuing the radio business at Rs 475 million.
