MUMBAI: First it was raining awards, now it's time for Degree's and Doctorate's. Composer A R Rahman has been identified for an Honorary Degree by Middlesex University, London.
Regional Director of Middlesex University Joe Victor met Rahman and T.Selvakumar, Co-Founder and CEO of Rahman's KM Music Conservatory in Chennai. Victor put forward his University's intend to award an Honorary Doctorate for Rahman at a Graduation Ceremony to be held at Middlesex University London in July 2009.

MUMBAI: Sony Music and Vishesh Films announced their second co-production, �Tum Mile'. The film is part of four film deal between the companies, the first being Raaz-The mystery continues. Tum Mile also marks the coming back of Pritam with the Bhatts and Sony Music. Their last association Jannat was chartbuster, the hits from the album still scorching charts across radio and TV.
With Tum Mile, Sony BMG has rechristened itself as Sony Music after the later bought stakes worth $1.2 billion from its German partner Bertelsmann Media Group.
