MUMBAI: The BBC is all set to launch a radio player allowing internet users to listen to more than 400 licensed national, local, community and student and BBC radio stations in January next year.
The UK Radioplayer, a joint project between the BBC and the private sector, will be open to every radio station licensed by Ofcom, the media regulator.
The Radioplayer will let users search content by subject, musical style, or even song title.
