MUMBAI: A Mumbai based NGO has filed a suit against Arbaaz Khan and Abhinav Kashyap in connection with their forthcoming film 'Dabaang' for using the word 'Hindustani' in an allegedly derogatory manner in an item song.
A session court today has issued notices to both Khan (producer of the film) and Kashyap (director) telling them to file their reply on the suit by September 3.
